Healthy Kidz menus are designed to appeal to children’s palates and to offer plenty of variety. Menus are seasonal to capitalize on fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our local focus means our meals always start with foods that are fresher and more flavourful. We accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions.
Our facility is a 100% NUT FREE environment. All meals are prepared fresh in our kitchen and delivered in thermally protected containers and are served hot. We only use wholesome ingredients to ensure all of our meals and snacks are full of the nutrition children need. We use whole grain, whole wheat and multigrain breads, pastas, and rice to maximize the nourishment children get in each bite. Our meals are low in sugar and sodium and contain no hydrogenated oils or trans fats. We use only lean, low fat proteins. Our food is NEVER deep fried or processed.
